In 1925, Jacques-Emile Ruhlmann, a great French artist and designer, created a magical place on the occasion of the International Exhibition of Decorative Arts. He contributed to spreading the Art Deco movement throughout the world.
The name of this hotel, “Hôtel du Collectionneur”, reflects the spirit, energy and vision of the place, inherent in the values of this exceptional hotel ; a true tribute to the luxurious transatlantic liners of the 1930s which served as bridges between old Europe and the New World.
